Five steps from brief to launch — and after

Agree the brief

We discuss your customers, business goals and website needs. The written proposal sets out the scope, responsibilities, costs and delivery conditions.

Prepare content and design

You provide the agreed business information, text and authorised images. We prepare a private design preview and collect consolidated feedback within the agreed revision rounds.

Build and test

We build the approved website and test its mobile display, navigation, forms and HTTPS. Additional features receive the checks defined for their scope.

Approve and launch

You approve the final website before publication. We carry out the launch, verify the main functions and provide the agreed access, guidance and training.

Maintain and develop

If you select a care plan, we manage the agreed ongoing tasks and support. New pages, major changes and extra features receive a separate scope and quotation.
